warranty

Our products carry a 5 year warranty against leaks and on the frame against cracking or failure. Everything else carries a 1 year warranty. Warranty repairs must be done by Firefly Offroad unless otherwise preapproved.

payments

• 10% deposit is requried to place your order on our build schedule.

• 30% more is due once the build starts.

• 20% more is due during the final stage of the build and the balance is due on pickup or prior to delivery.

The 10% deposit can be paid directly through our website - subsequent payments can be made by a link we will send.

customization

Want something special? A certain mounting bracket, or an adapter for your awning etc? Let us know before you place your order. We can do some customization on a case by case basis.

special projects

Have an idea for a different type of camper? Maybe a pickup bed style, or a standalone hunting blind style, or….? Let us know! We do all our own designs from the ground up, and welcome special projects.
